Corporate project of New Ways of Working innovo and strategic space consul- tant for the office campus in Madrid and Barcelona. (from 2001 until present).

 

 

Starting Point

 

  • Taking advantage of a relocation move to a new central office in Madrid, Indra decided to implement Innovo, a new pilot strategy aimed at redesigning their work culture.
  • The Pilot strategy would then be used for a regional rollout of their Innovo working process.

 

Project Aims

  • Increase motivation and efficiency at work.
  • Create a strong and unique business culture.
  • Facilitate flexibility and mobility while improving the means of communication & knowledge transfer, to be achieved through an efficient work environment design and a new suite of technological applications.
  • Optimization of resources and costs.
  • Position Indra at the forefront of new Ways of Working Knowledge in Spain, offering a modern image to its clients.

 

Scope

  • Oversee the creation and coordination of the Innovo team, a multidisciplinary team comprised of members of the various divisions of Indra and its unions. The Innovo team had three principal activities: define the needs of the employees, embrace change management, and oversee the implementation of the Innovo project.
  • Perform an evaluation of post occupancy and a multi moment analysis of the occupation of the Arroyo de la Vega headquarters.
  • Strategic study in Ways of Working and a business case of New Ways of Working.
  • Implementation of New Ways of Working: tele-work (w@vo program); non territorial offices; value-added services e.g.. IndraClub.
  • Communication and change management drivers (Innovo web portal in the Indraweb, suggestions site).
  • Strategic consultancy for their new Headquarters Barcelona 22@.
