- An analysis of the existing office environment, with the aim of redesigning the current space, increase efficiencies & synergies, and improve the use of the workplace.
- Analyze their current working methods, to create a new standard way of working.
- Analysis of the necessities for a new head office.
Project Aims
- Improve occupation levels.
- Development of a Flexible Office concept.
- Implement a non-territorial office coupled with added-value spaces.
- Create work environments which promote communication and the interchange of knowledge.
- Transform the culture (creativity, innovation, confidence, autonomy).
- Increase motivation and job satisfaction.
Scope
- Development of a New Work strategy for working areas: development of spatial and technology standards, types of work stations, implementation of New Ways of Working, communication plan and change management.
- Implementation of a pilot (150 people).
- Prepare for global roll-out, pending the results of the initial phases.
