Born in Madrid, Manuel always wanted to fly, so after trying his luck as a military pilot, he graduated in Advertising and Public Relations from EMU (UEM). The same summer as completing his BA, he began working as a junior copywriter at the agency Yellow Hammer Balades until December that same year.
Subsequently, in January 1998 he began a new stage as an editor at FCB / Tapsa. In this agency he spent most of his career, becoming after a few years Creative Director and in 2012 was appointed Executive Creative Director.
Manuel has participated directly in the construction of the positioning of large national and international brands such as Vodafone, Iberia, Dodot, Cinfa, DGT, RTVE, KIA, JEEP Affinity, Caja Madrid, Mahou, San Miguel, Lotteries, Cepsa … achieving awards in the most prestigious creative festivals: Cannes Lions FIAP, El Sol, Clio, New York Festival, Eurobest, CDEC … Meanwhile, in 2010, he collaborated in the founding of Juegaterapia, whose aim is that children with cancer have positive stimuli to better cope with treatment.
In 2015 he decided to turn around and leave the environment of great agency to focus on creating Alibey communication: a new agency with the same creative and effective demand which he leads and maintains throughout his career, but with a completely new approach and BICG as the same DNA.
