Born in a small town in the north of Germany, Sina moved in 2007 to Hamburg to graduate from the Hamburg School of Business Administration with a bachelor’s degree. After the scientific education she wanted to explore her creative side by moving to Florence, Italy to study trend forecasting at a design school. There she learned how to identify social trends and translate them into innovative strategies for companies.
Coming back to Germany she decided to combine the business economic background with her knowledge about trend forecasting and the new creative energy to work as an innovation strategist. Working for two consultancies, she gained many experiences in designing strategies and change management in different projects about branding, company culture, future workplace, and many more. At BICG she supports our team implementing new ways of working at our German customers.
