From the very start of the Office 21 project, the two experts on innovative and new ways of working, already sketched how our working world would change in the future. Now, 25 years later, from one day to the other the current situation of the Corona Pandemic is turning these predictions into necessities and the new reality of our working world. In four different episodes, the two experts will discuss to what extent their predictions about the future of work are currently coming true and how companies must act to be prepared.

Bereits mit dem Start des Office 21 Projekts haben die beiden Experten innovativer und neuer Arbeitsformen skizziert, inwieweit sich unsere Arbeitswelt zukünftig verändern würde. Nun, insgesamt 25 Jahre später, werden diese Vorhersagen durch die aktuelle Situation der Corona-Pandemie von einem auf den anderen Tag zu Notwendigkeiten und zur neuen Realität unserer Arbeitswelt. In insgesamt vier Folgen tauschen sich die beiden Experten darüber aus, inwieweit ihre Vorhersagen über die Zukunft der Arbeit nun eintreffen und wie Unternehmen handeln müssen, um hierfür gewappnet zu sein.
