From a young age, Alicia showed her skills for architecture, drawing blueprints for building castles and making villages out of cardboard. With several kilos of this vocation in the suitcase, she headed to Madrid, as soon as the opportunity to study at the School of Architecture appeared. She began to worry about urbanism and the relationship of the people inhabiting architectures. Adding this passion to her travelling passion, she moved to Stockholm, where she soaked up the Scandinavian culture and discovered her international vocation.
After finishing her studies, she joined BICG where she participates in multiple projects co-designing innovative work spaces and new ways of working strategies always focusing on people, looking to innovate and overcome new challenges every day.
