Carlos holds a degree in European Business Studies, EBP (Madrid and Germany) and has both studied Law at the UNED of Madrid, and has an MBA from the IE Business School.
Carlos has co-leaded BICG for the last seven years as Managing Director, managing the Processes, Organization and Change Management disciplines. Previously, he spent 14 years leading internal consulting programs, processing, financial audit, risk management, process improvement, innovation and change management in multinationals. He worked for four years at First Data / Western Union and 10 years at General Electric.
Carlos Lozano has an extensive experience in operations, implementation of corporate projects and process improvement. Among his professional successes are many programs and initiatives to design new products and services, implementation of global initiatives (PCN, EURO, 2000, 27001, EFQM, 9001), IT management, cost reduction, outsourcing, increases sales, customer satisfaction, and training.
His extensive experience has also led Carlos to collaborate in the teaching field, spreading his knowledge as Global Director MBA EOI, Associate Professor IE (Project Management and Operations), Associate Professor at Deusto Business School (innovation) and Six Sigma Master Black Belt by GE.
Carlos speaks five languages: Spanish, English, German, Italian and French
