She was born in Badajoz but has lived most of her life in Madrid. After finishing her degree in architecture at the ETSAM she moved to Milan.
There she worked in several architectural practices and she decided to go deeper into one of the main activities of the city, design, by studying a Master’s Degree in Interior Design Retail Management at the Politenico di Milano.
After working for a top of the range furniture company she decided to come back to Madrid and worked for an interior design and landscape office.
At BICG she has worked for several clients like Generali, Santander, Schaeffler and Cepsa. At the latter she was part of the consultancy team that implemented the New Ways of Working through an intense process of change management and design strategies, including space optimization and furniture catalogues. Marta goes on spreading her know how and using it to improve not only workspaces for the companies but also the whole change management that directly affects the people that work there.
